Our rates are for 1 to 4 people in the cottage. There is a minimum of 2 nights stay. 

For a weekly rate, 5 night and get 2 free.

Small animals will be allowed with prior arrangements.

The cottage is smokefree, but smoking is allowed in designated yard and patio areas.

The cottage is meant to be private and self-catered, however maid service is available for a small fee.

Linen service is provided.

9% State and County tax will be added.  There is no city tax.

 Rates:

      $100.00 per night

      Weekly rate is $500.00    + 9% tax

Special Senior and Corporate rates:

     $90.00 per night

     Weekly rate is $450.00

      + 9% tax
