• Our rates are for 1 to 4 people in the cottage.

• There is a minimum of 2 nights stay .  One night stay requires a cleaning charge added.

• For a weekly rate, 7th night free.

• A debit or credit card is required.

• Special rates may apply for high demand events and times.

• Small animals will be allowed in Kalmia Cottage with prior arrangements.  a small refundable deposit for each pet is due at checkin.

• The cottage is smokefree, but smoking is allowed in designated yard and patio areas.

• gUESTS WILL BE CHARGED UP TO $300.00 FOR CLEAN-UP IF THERE HAS BEEN SMOKING IN THE COTTAGES.

• THE COTTAGE IS MEANT TO BE PRIVATE AND SELF-CATERED, HOWEVER MAID SERVICE IS AVAILABLE FOR A SMALL FEE.

• LINEN SERVICE IS PROVIDED.

• A DEPOSIT OF ONE NIGHT IS REQUIRED AT THE TIME THE RESERVATION IS MADE.  THERE CAN BE SPECIAL EXCEPTIONS TO THIS FOR RESERVATIONS DURING HIGH DEMAND EVENTS.

• CANCELLATIONS MUST BE MADE MORE THAN 48 HOURS IN ADVANCE.  LESS THAN 48 HRS MEANS LOSS OF YOUR DEPOSIT.  A DIFFERENT CANCELLATION POLICY WILL BE IN EFFECT FOR SPECIAL EVENTS.

• failure to cancel resulting in a "no-show" may result in loss of entire payment.

• 9% sTATE AND cOUNTY LODGING TAX WILL BE ADDED.  tHERE IS NO CITY TAX.

  $110.00 per night double occupancy (1bdrm)

   $125.00 for both bedrooms (3-4 occupancy)

   additional guests:  $10.00 per night
